Nature is calling, can you hear it?

Heading for the hills is one of the best ways to get exercise but also connect with nature. It sounds cliche but it's true. When was the last time you took a deep breath and enjoyed it, just took a moment and really took a breath. Feel the cool air in your lungs and smell the freshness of the air. Take some time to get into nature, even if it's just standing on the earth with your bare feet. The earth has energy to give and you can benefit from it.
